Hi,
I have installed the latest Opencart 2.3.0.2
Installed Trendo, eg Admin etc folders over opencart and thats it.
Also, I have the SSL setup, to https, would that be causing a problem?
When I go to the backend, and click on the BurnEngine modules, it gets stuck on ‘loading’ and doesn’t do anything.
Appreciate your help if you could look at the Admin area.
Thankyou
Marlene

Hi,
Sorry for the delayed answer, we’ve somehow missed your topic. The problem should be now resolved. Can you please check your admin again?
Somehow, you haven’t uploaded system/vendor/BurnEngine/.htaccess and this was preventing the loading of all theme control panel resource. We’ve uploaded the file for you and now everything seems to be working fine.

Hi ThemeBurn,
we have the same problem after transferring our project website, before we transferred to a new host, we have the trendo theme working and have customised it using BurnEngine Control Panel.
after transferring to our new hosting, front end seems loading fine, but at the admin, BurnEngine Control panel is stuck in “Loading…” screen.
we have checked that the system/vendor/BurnEngine/.htaccess is uploaded and is the same with the one we have on the previous server.
what might be other factors causing this problem and is there any workaround?
thanks in advance.

@roninstudio
We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

To access the website please see below
We developed it on another server and migrated it to where it will be live.
After migrating, we edited the necessary config files and imported the database.
The front end loads, and typical backend loads as well. But the BE panel doesn’t.

I managed to fix this. Turned on SSL in the settings and all is good. Will send another request if we encounter further issues.
