Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I reinstalled OpenCart, your theme and demo data numerous times, eventually determined that the error messages are coming from the SEO Pack extension.

Also, I do not see how to change to a different Skin, modify the header and logo, and when I selected SEO urls nothing but the home page works.

At this point I just want my money back.

I am a technically astute, read directions, and still was not able to do some very basic things with your theme. The interface and function of your admin area is less than intuitive and my concern moving forward is that every time we upgrade opencart we will have to get your assistance to get things working properly. Also, you failed to answer my questions about creating a custom header, changing the logo, and moving from skin to skin. At this point, I just want my money back so I can move onto a different theme.

Hi,

1) It is true that the Pavilion learning curve may be a bit steep, but we try to be most helpful to any usage questions. Furthermore theme (all our themes as well) has an admin demo that shows theme interface and features.

2) Sub-theme can be changed from theme Themes panel:

3) We will need more information about the custom header you want to make. A screenshot will help us to be more useful.

4) As we’ve said in our previous post, we will need website credentials, so we can identify and remove reported problems.

5) Refunds are only provided for non working items in case that we cannot resolve the malfunctioning.

Also, I enabled SEO friendly URLs and changed the Htaccess file but it is not working with your theme…

Hi, did you get a chance to look into the undefined index errors and why seo urls are not working yet?

Hi,

you had misconfigured config.php file, wihch caused your issues. The errors were not related to our theme. In fact the site didn’t work even with the default theme enabled.

We corrected the config.php for you (although this does not fall in our support policy) and now everything works fine.

Your issue is related to this one.
