Just renewed support for pavilion
I tried to update yesterday, but the website gave me a lot of errors. At the admin entrance, popup opens and says that something cannot be found. Custom product fields not working. The server is giving error when adding the product to the basket. I think I made a mistake somewhere. I was only able to remove the Basket manually. Can you help me?

Hi,
Unfortunately all these problems do not seem to be theme related. We’ve disabled all Shoppica (BurnEngine) modification, switched to the default theme and same issues were presented again.
Do you have some backup with a working version that you can restore? You can try to create a testing installation and do the upgrade there.

Hi,
Before the update, I had a backup of the database and the admin, catalog and system arrays. But when I restore it, it tells me to upgrade from 1.3.7 to 1.2.7 on the theme page and when I say Apply, the process doesn’t stop. It’s going on all the time. Can you help me, please?
