Hi there,

I upgraded from OC 1.5.4 to 1.5.6.1 and I downloaded latest shoppica file (2.2.4) and used the changelog http://shoppica2.com/docs/files_changelog.html to upgrade. I have since noticed that the changelog only goes 2.2.1 -> 2.2.2 ->2.2.3 there is no changelog for 2.2.4?

Anyway, since the upgrade the product tabs are all directing to homepage e.g shop/#product_gallery instead of something like… shop/category/product #product_gallery

I have not modified product.tpl and to avoid confusion I restored default 2.2.4 header.tpl because I had linked to self-hosted jquery. There is no such link now, and no extra javascript on the page but the problem is still there.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

thanks for that – that has solved the linking to home page, but all tab content is open and showing in one pane? The links do work in that they go to the anchor points in the pane, but the panes are not seperately collapsing/opening?

I am also really confused as to how I have upgraded to JQuery 1.9.x as the header is now default shoppica 2.2.4, which links to google library 1.8.21? If the link to jquery 1.9.x is coming from elsewhere in opencart should I change the shoppica header so that it is consistent? I cleared my browser cache and stopped my cloudflare cdn. …I am afraid I am not understanding this at all!

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

so the broken link put into the header by the product controller to tabs.js has nothing to do with my tabs not working or with shoppica2?

I have had a look at product.tpl and cant find any .tabs on the page? there are .tbTabs in the javascript at the bottom?

I re uploaded the template/tb/header.tpl from the 2.2.4 package.

But tab pane content is still not working as it shows in one pane?

There is now another but related issue – the logo in my product pages has disappeared.
When I look at the page source the link being created to the logo is wrong.
Something has gone very wrong with the relative url creation since upgrade…

eg in my template/common/header.tpl i added some code that you advised would allow for different logo’s in different categories…. which includes a relative url to the logo image: catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/images/logo_24_62.png

This is fine in top level categories but on sub-categories or product pages the url is not added to the base url but to the base url + category directory….so, the browser is directed to: mysite.com/shop/category/catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/images/logo_24_62.png which of course does not exist.

This is happening to the javascript files called in the header too (e.g tabs.js, colorbox.js. total-storage.min.js)…on product pages or sub-category pages they all have incorrect urls

Any ideas?

Hi again,

all the issues are sorted now! I uploaded the header.tpl files again – at some point in trying to fix the original tab issue I got my header.tpl files mixed up and uploaded an old one, so that was why other errors occured. The original issue was fixed with the code you suggested at the top, the other issues were just down to me messing up afterwards and getting in a muddle about what I had done :-o

The header logo was entirely unrelated and just needed me to upload seperate logos with the subcatergory id code to the images folder! oops.

Thanks for all your help I am now very happy :-)
