Hello,
I have some display issues for facebook likebox that seem to appear from nowhere ( no change has been done, and for the mobile version at the homepage i cannot see the main menu or shopincart -even if the icon is there and you can even press it). My guess it is some .js error but i’ve got no clue to debug this.
I tried an upgrade of the theme hopping for a fix and i got into another problem, after the upgrade the site had lots of errors and wasn’t usable anymore. I guess you guys did some db changes in the new version and it broke something for me. I reverted it to the version i used
Not sure how to proceed…
My site: giraffe-shoes.ro
OC version: 2.2.0
current burnengine theme version: 1.0.7
tried to upgrade to theme version: 1.1.5 ( latest)
mysql version: 5.6.34

One other big thing is that the dns cache fails( not sure maybe this is a solved issue but i did not find it in your changelog of the new version). As in after a while the site’s dns uses ip instead of dns and then the site stops working as it should as the resources do not load properly. The only solution is to clear the cache but this requires constant surveillance. Disabling cache solves the issue but results in a crapy performance.
Please advise on this also.

Can you duplicate your website and apply the update there? We will also need more detailed information about the problems and admin and ftp to the installation.

Seems indeed the fb box is working on the new version but the mobile menu is not (as you can see in the attach)

Also I tried to import Sample Data, but after loading nothing happened and haven’t been downloaded. Can I import Sample Data manually?

I have done the clearing to but i did not get any result, can you maybe enlighten me on where exactly were all the cache you cleared out?

1) We’ve first re-built all OC modifications.

2) We’ve then disabeled, cleared and enabled back theme cache.

i cleared the cache from system/storage/cache
and the one from the kiddos control pannel – system – cache
but the errors are still there so i reverted to a working version.
Can you please detail on what steps you did and what i missed here?

Now this upgrade seems to have fixed the facebook likebox, but added another small one and did not fix the main one.
As in on the home page on mobile version i still do not have the cart and menu… as you see in the attachments.
Also on product menu the list are not aligned and it looks really bad…
