vat is showing twice during checkout?

this seems to be off shoppica, have search on opencart forum with no luck. i have vat showing and adding twice in checkout products. for a product that i ahve added and for one of open cart. i have disabled show price with vat for products but still showing. any ideea anyone?

Are you sure you, haven’t setup multiple tax zones?
