i migrated my website from cp hosting to VPS it was working fine but suddenly this message appear

This problem is usually caused when BurnEngine module is not installed. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions -> Modules, find ‘BurnEngine CP’ and click ‘install’.

when i check from admin side theme is installed but i dont see the burn engine tab anymore

Do you see the following modification in Admin > Extensions > Modifications?

BurnEngine

Can you try to refresh your modification?
