Hello i have install Zopim chat but is not working with the theme.
if i change to default theme is working perfect, when i switch to kiddos is stop to work .

any solution?

the first thing I can tell you is to drop Zopim, there is a solution that brings a lot more possibilities and is completely free.

with this solution simply copy the generated code by Tawk to and paste it:

catalog / view / theme / BurnEngine / template / common / footer.tpl

just before /body at the end of the file.

This works perfectly on my site with kiddos theme.
