Hi,

I have my demo website hosted on http://www.demo.applacarteindia.com/Felix-Bendish2/

and I want to host it on the live url.

So how to proceed with the transfer of files or I have to do all changes back on the live URL.

Hi,

Here are the steps you need to do:

1) Export database

2) Export theme settings

3) Transfer files (change config files)

4) Import database

5) Import settings (this is done to update urls in theme settings)

P.S. Make sure you have a valid database and files backup.

These will also transfer all the product images safely from demo url to live url bec I am having 250 product on demo url

Hi,

Using the built-in Admin > System > Tools > Backup/Restore tool will change urls of your product images.
