Hi,

I would like to ask you if it is possible to show “Add to Cart” button constantly even though the product is out of stock.

Hi Michal,

Yes it is possible. This is a default option and can be found in Admin > System > Settings > Your Store > Option > Stock checkout. This option should be turned ON.
