Althought complete order doesn't anything show in sales and order

Hi, deactivated to purchase credit card and i tried only Over bank money sending. But i don’t see ever total orders in admin. You wrote above last issue depend on extension not your theme. Bu i don’t see new customer and sale and order in admin. What did you change in last modification? If a customer buy an article, where can i see it in admin the changing in orders and sales? This part of web site is default and i deactivated online payment. Please try to purchase any article in my web site and complete to check out. And go to admin site and show me that you purchase added in orders and sales. Very good theme but extremely very bad support and feedback!!! I am waiting fo your solving without finish!!!	Azraell35

Hi, All orders are tracked like Missing: https://i.imgur.com/TtwbC7P.png We don’t know what is the real problem here. We’ve also tried to deactivate all modifications but the result was the same. Even with all modifications deactivated and running on the default theme all orders go to “Missing”. This leads us to the conclusion that the problem is not in the Kiddos theme. You have 48 OCmods, 20 more vqmods and more than 80 extensions – it is impossible for us to debug this massive installation. Our recommendation is to create a new installation, transfer only products, install only BurnEngine and try to add modules one by one. If you do not want to use Kiddos anymore, we will give you a refund. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi, how can be possible. Before your modification in code was everything ok and i had no problem. After your modification i don’t see any information in admib site when i tried. Is it installation issue? I don’t refund until your solve my issue.	Azraell35

Hi, We’ve modified 2 files in your store’s installation: `catalog/view/javascript/logintoseeprite/logintoseeprice.js catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/template/extension/payment/iyzico_checkout_form.tpl` Both changes are JS and cannot prevent the normal checkout flow. One of the changes is only on the Kiddos theme – it is discarded when using the default theme. As we’ve said it is best to start a new fresh installation and add modifications step by step.
