Hi,

I have an error message ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when I activated the Shoppica theme and visit the homepage of the site. When I choose another theme, there is no error.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
