Hi there,
I just noticed that the facebook likebox content block only works when set to the default style – when I set to pavillion style (which I prefer) it just shows ’0′ likes. If i set the block back to the default facebook style my info and likes do show up.
I upgraded to the Pavillion 2 BE 1.06 yesterday on my OC 2.1 x test site.

Hi,
Please check your Facebook page privacy settings. It is not public and this seems to cause the parser to bring back no results.

ok thanks for that info. On investigating further it seems to be caused by the page having an age restriction (and also some countries blocked) – although these restrictions only block the likebox when it has the ‘pavillion’ style enabled, not when it is set to the ‘default’ style.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the custom ‘Pavilion’ mode uses a headless browser mode to scrape widget HTML content. There is no way to target a specific country, or a user age. If your page has any permission restrictions you will have to stick to the default Facebook widget. Unfortunately, we cannot do much here.
