File upload problem

My products have quantity variation and the option to send files on the product page!
Then when the customer selects the quantity and sends the file, the first product goes to the cart normally, so that when a second product is sealed and the file is sent, in the shopping cart, the file of the first added product disappears!
I’m having this serious problem, this only happens with the theme purchased.
I also want to remove the name: Free delivery – Money back guarantee on the product page, how do I do it?

Hi,

1) This problem has been fixed in the most recent version of Technopolis (BurnEngine). We see that your installation shows the latest version, but we cannot confirm the issue locally. Is there a chance you haven’t properly updated your theme? Or this is your initial installation?

You need to expand the block group. Icon list with free delivery and money back guarantee texts is at the bottom.

We will look at the disappearing options problem. Please do not revoke your admin and ftp credentials.

The problem you describe has been fixed for a long time. You can download the latest version of your theme from your ThemeForest account.
