Hi TB Team, Thank you for your answers. I have 3 new queries: 1) How do I enable a gallery page? 2) Related to 1st & 2nd files attached: 3) How do i get my logo to line up with the left hand side ‘edge’ – so it is in line with the left side of the ‘home’ button in the navigation? Cheers |

Hello, Please read the documentation about all the modules. 1) What you mean under gallery page? You can use portfolio to do this or add gallery images with visual composer. 2) Sorry but we can`t open attached images. 3) Cut empty space from you logo. 4) The only way is to make the text block and apply custom style to it. 5) Check our demo page to see what is portfolio. Best, |

Hello, Am I missing something when it comes to documentation because the documentation that I have seems to be rather general with the information provided? If there is a link to a more in-depth version I would love to have it shared with me. 1) It seems with the gallery images option there is a limit to the amount of images you can add in, otherwise it creates a break in the layout when it is in grid mode. Please explain. 2) What do you mean you can’t open attached images?! How am I meant to show you what i am talking about then? 5) I have looked but when I click one of the items it just takes me to the home page- so I really fail to see the point/purpose of this- hence me asking for further clarification. From a previous answer above: Thanks |

Hi, 1) Change the size of the images so there will be no break with next widget. 2) We can`t open your attached images, please attach them in zip 5) We just tested and portfolios work great on our demo store. You can`t attach specific sidebar to Shop page and categories, this is plugin related. “Single product” sidebar is used when you didn`t attach sidebar to specific product. When you attach sidebar it will use it instead of “Single Product” Best, |

Hi, 1) It has nothing to do with the size it is about the physical limitation of the number of images it will allow at one time. 2) Done 5) The demo keeps not loading on the Themeburn site- is there another place where you have a demo? Sidebar: Then can you include that in the documentation because I wasted at least an hour trying to figure out why it wasn’t working. Thanks |

Hi, 1) We just tested to add more image to your gallery and it worked perfect, try again. 2) All there elements are created with visual composer, we provided sample data if you don`t know how to make them. 5) We don`t have other demo url, http://shoppica-wordpress.com is working perfect. We will add this with documentation Best, |

Hello Support, I have discovered a new issue. When you look at the site on a mobile the background of the bottom widget in footer area 1″Categories” does not display the background colour that I have enabled. All the other elements are fine except this one. Can you please advise…. Thanks |

From the previous questions/answers above regarding the file I attached: “2) All there elements are created with visual composer, we provided sample data if you don`t know how to make them.” Where is the sample data? Is there a tutorial for how to make these two elements because I can’t see anything in the documentation provided… Please advise. I would appreciate you being detailed in your response as I do not know the theme as well as you do, so explaining even the simplest of things would be beneficial for me at this point. Thanks, |
