I can add a product to be compared but how do I access the VIEW Product Compare List desktop version?
I get this popup that says:
“Success: You have added Tree of Life, Urn Applique to your product comparison!”
The words product comparison! …is the link to to the product Comparison list!!! How is anybody expected to figure that out? If it said VIEW PRODUCT COMPARE LIST and it was the link color maybe. It looks like a comment not a LINK or BUTTON.
Now the mobile is obvious…you add a product and you get an option button to see the COMPARE LIST.
On the desktop you don’t get an obvious way of accessing the compare list.
Am I missing something on the desktop? Is it a bug. how can i have it work on the desktop as it does on a mobile?

I need it to look like the mobile… which is perfect.
See image attached.

I looked at the OC default demo and it also very understated…I like how you have the mobile compare working. How would i get the desktop to show the same buttons as the mobile?
cheers

Thanks for the quick response… I did it but it didn’t seem to change anything?

just in case I broke it…

Hi Frank,
Make sure, you have cleared your cache (browser and theme). We’ve checked the modification locally and it works.

I guess I had done it wrong or not cleared cache or something because yes it working like a champ!!
Is having the two buttons side by side easy or major surgery?
|
|
I added this to custom style and it seemed to work… you see any possible pitfall of this?
/****FMA compare side by side button****/
.noty_buttons button + button {
margin-left: 0px;
}

Should be OK

What would I need to change to have the popup not disappear automatically…
but disappear by clicking the X only?
Thanks

I guess it actually works it “lites out the page” which would encourage people to either continue or see compare list… then after a certain time if closes.
Any way of it not self closing? close only by using the X
