i want to install Sample Data on a new shop but there wasnt any picture or slider

Have you clicked on the “import data” button as explained here:

Hi,

There is no reason for the sample data installation failure. We will have to look at your website to identify the problem. Can you please provide admin and ftp access?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

we have installed the demo data for you. There was a little issue specific to your environment which had to be fixed. The fix will come with our next maintenance update too.
