installing burn engine

Hi,

I got an error when trying to install burn engine and now when I try enable it to the theme I get

BurnEngine has not booted. This can be a result of an improper installation or an event deletion from a third party plugin.

Thanks

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

We’ve only uninstalled and then again installed BurnEngine from Admin > Extensions > Themes and everything is working fine now.

Hi,

Can you try to update? There is a new Kiddos (and BurnEngine) version that you can download from ThemeForest. To get the sample data dialog again, you need to uninstall and again install the BurnEngine module.

Hi,

Changes does not take effect as there is a custom header saved only for the first (home) page.

1) Go to Page Builder > Header

2) From the scopes dropdown, choose “Home” and edit it too.

3) To see which pages has their own settings, open the scopes dropdown again and check the “Modified” section at the very bottom.
