Hello,
I updated and now my site is broken- it deleted ALL of my dimensions and product weights AND when you add a product to the cart and want to go to the checkout it says the page isn’t found!
PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Hi,
We have tested and when you click Checkout it is opening fine.
Please send again your admin, ftp access and link to the product that is causing problem, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I found out that for some reason the shortcode that was meant to be on the checkout page was wiped along with the product dimensions and weights.
I reverted back to the previous WPEC version and then I fixed these issues. I will now decide if and when I will update WPEC again.
Can you please explain to me why this would happen??

When you reverted to older verison everything is working fine?
We will try to investigate what is the problem and will try to include a fix with coming theme patch.

Hi When I reverted I fixed the issues that got deleted when I upgraded.
When I updated WPEC it deleted the shortcodes from the WPEC pages & it deleted my dimensions & weights from the products. When I went back to the old version I figured all of this out, but I haven’t re-upgraded it yet for fear that the site won’t work.
