Issue Accessing Theme Option

Hi,

I’ve been trying to access BurnTheme option menu directly from the OpenCart menu but it freezes out.

But for some reason if I go to the extension menu and click on edit, it goes through without any problem. Could you let me know what can be the issue?

Hi Eric,

What do you mean by “freezes out”? Does the browser become unresponsive? Or the loading screen stays forever?

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm this problem locally and will need to take a look at the live example. Can you share admin (and eventually ftp access)?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
