Hello Support,

I updated shoppica as per your instructions and now I find that there are KEY pages that just simply won’t load! :(

This is crucial that my site works as this is a business website. I did the FTP file update as per the instructions and updated WPEC and now my site doesn’t work like it should.

I am waiting your urgent update.

There is also now a really long delay in the item being added to the cart…. which makes the user think that it did not add, so then you press it again only to have it update quicker and you then find that you have 2 of the same item added…

We just checked your site and all pages are loading fine.

The delay can be from your hosting provider or from a plugin.

Try to install Cache Plugin, it may do the trick.
