Hi,
I’ve activated Layerslide on two builds of the Shoppica theme but it fails to animate on either:

http://style960.com/960store
I noticed there is one slider installed which is used in the demo. But by default this single slider actually contains all three of the demo slides in different layers – this can’t be right? As you can see on the 960store link it just bunches all the slides one on top of the other.
Can you tell me what I need to do to get the animation working? These are two separate builds with no changes made to the Layerslider config whatsoever. The shortcode is not surrounded by ‘code’ tags.

Hello,
Use Visual Composer shortcode to insert LayerSlider instead of default LS shortcode and it will work.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve done that (and disabled the slider under theme options > general because I had two), but still the slide does not animate:

Is there anything else I can try? I have the same issue on a second site, I don’t think this is an install issue, or something I’ve disabled.

Is there anything I can try with this? It basically seems to be broken on two different sites, nothing in the slider settings changed from default.

The problem is that images are not uploaded correctly on the server, we can fix this but we will need ftp details too.
