LayerSlider Preview different to Home page

Hi,

I have followed the documentation for Layerslider and installed Shoppica on a subdomain to view the included slides, but I’m experiencing issues with the back-end preview been different to what is shown on the home page.

Sublayers which show in the preview do not appear at all on the home page. And other small issues like ticking the word wrap box on a sublayer has no effect on what is shown on the slide.

I have completed deleted and tried to recreate the two sliders I need but have only got as far as sublayer 3 which is a paragraph as per the Shoppica demo, and while this shows in the preview, it will not show on the front-end.

This seems like an extremely buggy plugin. I’d like to get to the bottom of these issues – if this behaviour continues, I can’t use Layerslider when I put the site live.

Hello,

We dont see any differences between Preview mode and Live site, we are using Firefox.

Which browser do you use?

Hi,

This ticket can be closed – I got them working at the 3rd attempt!

The problem I had repeatedly though was preview elements that looked ok, didn’t appear on the homepage. I use Chrome but check everything in Firefox and just hope for the best with IE.

Working ok now though.
