PRIVACY POLICY modal view trouble

I have trouble with the PRIVACY POLICY modal view.
The modal window opens, but it’s empty.
I see the elements – footer, header, but there is no text of the agreement.
In the settings, the article of the agreement is assigned

How to fix it?

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
