Hello Shoppica Team,

1) I would like to know what has gone wrong with Visual Composer?! It doesn’t display at all when I go to edit information.

2) I have asked about this previously with no update: I would like to have the amount of product that is in stock displayed on the product page.
A huge reason why I want this is because when there isn’t enough of an item the client doesn’t know why it won’t add to their cart and so I am sure I am losing sales as a result of this.
- Please advise on how to add this ASAP. I am using WPEC.

Plus:
- I am also having recurring issues with customers not being able to check out or even use the site. I had it occur just a few days ago that a variation of a product wouldn’t add to the cart and so it would just display a blank white page. I emptied the page cache on the site and resaved the product and it seemed to fix it- but I don’t even know why it started to do it in the first place….??

- Despite having optimization & cache plugins installed- my site can still be very slow- what else can be done to fix this?

Looking forward to answers/solutions on these issues.

Ok thank you for the update.

I have a new problem as well- on this product: http://www.candlesrecharge.com.au/shop/rechargeable-flameless-tea-light-candles/professional-remote-controllable-rechargeable-flameless-tea-light-candles/

Because someone has the last 3 items of the Amber option that I have in stock in their cart (and they have not purchased them yet) if someone goes to add the product to their cart the page reloads with a white page. – it shouldn’t be doing this- it normally loads the page as normal.

I was alerted of this issue by a potential customer the other day and I emptied it from the cache and republished the product and it fixed it- but it is broken again and those won’t fix it this time.

[this is precisely WHY I am asking for the amount in stock to be displayed so that customers know ahead of time]

Please advise on this issue as well.

No I didn’t.

Also how can I have a popup display if the client has entered too many of an item (because I don’t have the stock) to inform them that they need to change the number of items they are entering to be able to proceed (or to contact us to pre-order from new stock) ?

Please try with the default theme and let us know what the result is.

We are currently working on new Shoppica patch and we will try to include all your request.

About the popup there is no answer from WP-Ecommerce team yet.

Unfortunately, we cant give estimation when the update will be released yet.
