Hello Support,
I have a couple of product specific queries:
1) I can’t see where to put the ‘Specifications’ in for WPEC anymore
2) The ‘zoom’ on my product image doesn’t work properly and displays 2 images of the same product…..
3) How do I enable more than 1 product image?
4) what is the ideal dimension size for the shown product image on the single product page?
Cheers!

Hello,
1) Add them as custom fields.
2) You have to upload bigger images else zoom is showing double image.
3) Just upload / attach images to product and they will appear automatically.
4) In our demo image size is 340×340

Hello,
Thank you for those answers.
Regarding Q 3: Just upload / attach images to product and they will appear automatically.
In the area that is specifically there for product images it only allows me to upload 1 image. Can you please clarify where/how you expect me to upload/attach images?
I would like step by step instructions on this.
Thanks!

Hello,
You are talking about featured image. When you set featured image only upload other images and they will appear on product page.

Hello,
Perhaps I am being dense, but I am not following your logic.
In the actual product there is:
1) a section on the right hand column of the page that is for “Featured Image”
2) a section on the main column of the page that is for “Product Images” – with a link that says ” Manage Product Images” >> it is in this section where it only allows me to choose the product thumbnail and not add any additional images.
It is in this section number 2 that your system only allows ONE image to be uploaded which I am assuming if you have multiple images loaded in this section will give the visitor the option to see multiple images under the 1st image on the actual product page. That they can then click and view in the larger thumbnail section (where the zoom feature works).
Please correct me if I am wrong on the above & give me actual instructions or a link to actual instructions on how to have multiple product images.
And if I am not wrong then please fix the problem in the program that does not allow me to upload more than 1 image to this section in the product.
Cheers.

Hello Support,
Thank you for clearing that up. I understand (although not quite sure why it is done this way).
I still have one question:
- What if I want to use images that I have already uploaded? How do I achieve the same result this way?
(I don’t want to have multiples of the same image in my database and would rather utilize images I have already uploaded- if they are applicable)
NEW question:
Is there a way that i can arrange the image database into folders that I choose the name of so I can group images of a particular product or theme together?
Thanks
