Hi,
1) You need to import sample data. Sample data import is available only after initial installation of Pavilion CP module. If you have the messaged disappeared, you can uninstall and again install theme CP module.
Be aware that you will loose all previously saved theme settings.
2) Yes, Pavilion and OpenCart are multilingual. Here is a small tutorial for theme localization:

Hi, got one more question
I am using your theme and my theme is with English language and Chinese language
after uploading some of my products, it displays well in english language, but when i switch to chinese language, it didnt display any products
I’m using bulk import/export function in opencart which is to upload a spreadsheet for maintaining the products
it seems it is the issue of “language_id” field
Can you please advise how can I check the “language_ID” for Chinese language in my web?

Another question again, now when I click the category, it will display small icons of the subcategories, how can I remove the subcategories icon session from the web?

Also, i have use the method you teach and installed the Chinese language in my web. When i switch from English to Chinese most of the words has successfully translated to Chinese words, however there are Still some words didn’t get translated and Still kept in English, e.g

Hi,
1) Product import question
Unfortunately, we can’t help you much here. You will need to ask the developer of the import plugin
2) To remove subcategories go to Page Builder > Content > All Categories and remove the Subcategories system block.
3) Top menu bar colors can be modified in Theme Settings > Colors > Header
4) Products per row can be changed from Theme Settings > Store > Product Listing. Check the Layout table and define products per row for different screen sizes.
5) Pavilion needs some additional localization. More on this topic can be found here:

6) Check point 4. Additionally, you can have custom “products per row” styling for each products content block. You just need to modify the Layout table.

1) Have you enabled the responsive mode for your Fire Slider?
2) We will need to take a look at the live website so we can check the banner issue.

Hi,
What module are you using to show categories in the sidebar? Is it the default Opencart “Category module”, or it is the Page Builder “Category block”?
If you are using the default OC module, you cannot hide subcategories.
If you are using Page Builder “Category block”, you just need to check block settings. There is an option show/hide for each category level.
