Remove cookie consent box?

hi,

Can anyone tell me how to remove the cookie consent bar from the Opencart Kiddos theme using BurnEngine and Opencart 1.6x?

I can’t find it in admin and driving me nuts?

Try to turn off switcher “Cookie policy”:
Theme settings -> Store -> Miscellaneous (Bottom of the screen)
