Responsive issues on phone screens

ThemeBurn SupportForumsOpenCart ThemesPavilion OpenCart ThemeResponsive issues on phone screens

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

At phone sizes, the wishlist and add-to-cart buttons seem to be having issues on the front page. I notice the same thing when viewing your demo of the same theme and skin (Pavilion Minimal). I’m surprised I couldn’t find another mention of it as I can’t imagine anyone not mentioning it. I’ve attached a screenshot of a basic example or you can view the page in a phone yourself. The page on our site is http://beta.rbogert.com or on your demo it’s http://minimal.pavilion-theme.com/

I’ve upgraded the theme to the current v1.29 thought OC is still at v2.0.3.1. I’ve also left the login I gave you in the other support ticket active in case you need to look. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

What device have you tested on? We’ve checked on both iOS and Android and had no problem.

While the initial problem has been corrected in settings, the responsive issues remain. Anything put in that area just above the footer gets jammed up into the parts above when viewed on a small screen such as 5-6 inches on either Android or IOS. At times it seems to even do this when using a standard browser. On refresh it will alternately look as if the area I mentioned is overlapped by that above. I am not using the cache and I’ve exhausted all my own options. Could you please take a look? I’m low on time for this project.

Edit: on the phone, it seems to clear up when one of the other categories under the main slider are selected. Only the initial page load appears to be screwed up. I’ve been through clearing caches and histories on all phones.
