Hey

Sample data installation is not offered after BE module is installed.

Any ideas?

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

Maybe you have closed it accidentally? Once closed, you should uninstall / install the BurnEngine module to have the message appear again (we have done this for you).

Hey TB

FYI It’s a browser or cookie problem.
Safari didn’t show the message neither Chrome, but Incognito mode did.

We will make a further investigation. Generally, we’ve never had this problem locally using all major browsers.
