Screen Goes blank after pressing Add to Cart when on mobile device

When using a mobile device when a user clicks the add to cart button from a product page the whole page goes blank and the user has to return to a previous page to get the site working again.

Suffice to say I am loosing a lot of sales – not good!!!

Any ideas what is going wrong.

I have tried loads of different settings on the mobile device but nothing changes.

Just to chime in I’m on an Android Phone in the U.S.. I went to the Marshmallow Flavoured UK E Liquid product page and pressed ADD TO CART, it worked perfectly for me, no problem… and I was able to proceed no problem.
Also tried a couple other flavors and it seemed to work well…no blank

Thanks for the report and glad it worked for you. Maybe it’s my mobile !!!! Although i’ve tried loads of options on the browser !!!
