Site Crash – 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

The domain electrosupermarket.com is crashing with a 500 Internal Server Error every night between 9pm-11pm GMT. This has happened 5 nights in a row now. I initially though it was a problem with a WooCommerce currency converter plugin but this fault occurs with the plugin uninstalled, my hosting (Fasthosts) are sure the fault is not hosting related.

Is there anything in the Shoppica theme that would cause this? I ask because the last recorded error in the hosting log refers to themeburn.com

Hello,

This is very strange, this can be cron job from a plugin.

Do you try to switch to default theme before this times and check if this happen?

Also can you please post your log where refers to themeburn.com?

Again thanks for your reply but this had now been identified as a hosting issue. Which I always suspected by my host denied.

This can be considered resolved.
