I want to develop a site with Shoppica2, with over 25000 SKU, but everything is moving very slow. Haw can I increase the speed? Is there any way?

hello,
now much… i want to remove the category count, as i undersatand that is the main issue with opencatr. can you please advice how to do it with shoppica2? just want to have it faster. I’m new with open cart, I’ve used magento and it was very much resource consuming that is why i want to use open cart…but with so many products it seems to be the same.

I found my site sped up dramatically when I disabled the sidebar category menu.
see more products per page also 
dunno if that’s normal or not.
do it under extensions/modules category disable.
try it, can always re-enable.

It is normal, because you reduce a lot of server queries
