Hi,
We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello, to access my site you need….
Thanks for the help!

Hi theme burn, I have a similar problem:
I can access the admin panel but not my front page:
It’s a brand new fresh Opencast 2.1.0.1. install by the way
|
|
Just wanted to add that I modified the text of the file so it says that there is maintenance in progress.
But still same error
|
|
Also for me the same error… The module seems to be correctly installed but in frontend i receive this error “There theme module has not been installed. Please, enter the admin area and install Pavilion CP module.”
How can i solve this issue?
Thanks

I’m not part of support but remember seeing that same message after installing Pavilion. In my case it was a simple matter of going to the dashboard – Extensions – Modules – finding Pavilion CP – click install (far right)
Hope it helps,
Cheers
Frank

Hi,
Pavilion is not yet compatible with OpenCart 2.1.x. We are preparing a patch that will fix the above issues.
