Good morning! :)

I am attempting to upgrade a client’s Pavilion theme to BE and also their OC to the latest release. I’ve started with the theme, but when I attempt to do the upgrade the progression indicator stops and 10% and I get a popup error saying:

Something went wrong. Please, contact the support

For reference the site currently runs OC 2.0.2.0 and Pavilion 1.2.1 if that helps?

Thanks :)

I’ve had to restore the backup to get the site up and running as he’s losing sales :( I’m going to try and do the update on a dev domain for now, but what order should I be doing the upgrades? Like this?

1. theme update
2. theme export
3. OC update
4. theme import

Thanks :)

Hi Paul,

We’ve checked your website and it seems that you haven’t made any dramatic changes to the Pavilion minimal skin. It would be easier and faster if you:

- Install latest OpenCart
- Import store data (categories, products etc.)
- Install BurnEngine (Pavilion Minimal) and setup colors manually

Generally, the upgrade has never been able to fully transfer existing settings due to many feature differences between the two versions.

Hope you understand.

BR,
ThemeBurn team
