WHEN I CHANGE THE LOCAL INFORMATION IN THE SETTING, THE SISTEM NO SAVE THE CHANGE, IF I WANNA PUT THE SPANISH LANGUAGE DOESNT WORK,

HOW CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Hi,

This does not seem to be a theme related error. You need to carefully check all the tabs in Settings for missing required information.
