Hello,

I would like to update to latest WPEC and WP but I can’t because I am afraid that it will break my site. I DON’T want to use WOO because for my site WPEC is better. And WOO is not less buggy and not more powerful.

I bought your theme SPECIFICALLY because you supported WPEC. I would appreciate you continuing to do so for me & keeping your word.

I would appreciate you updating my site to both WPEC & WP being the latest and making sure there aren’t any bugs and if there are fixing them so my site continues to work.

- I am also still having issues with the site loading on iPhone. – yes you can deactivate plugins and see which one is causing the conflict & tell me.
- And I am still having issues with the cart loading like it should and the delivery cost updating on the checkout page in both the areas it should do it. Especially when a customer chooses express post (it may not be sending the express price to paypal).

If you refuse to keep this all working then please recommend a theme or someone who can keep my site compatible because WPEC is WAY better than WOO!

I really love this theme and don’t want to leave it but I NEED WPEC to continue to work.

Currently you still advertise Shoppica V 1.5 to be WPEC compatible so I expect that you will fix these issues.

Also what is going on with Visual composer it has been over 6 months and it still has not been fixed :(

Where is the support from TB?? I originally posted this over 10 days ago and no reply at all.

Thank you for the reply. I hope that you do fix these issues. It would really help me.

Also I just discovered that my .com domain for this site that I recently also put into shoppica also isn’t loading on iPhone AND on iPad it doesn’t load all of the product page like it should.
And of course it has the VComposer issue like everyone else is stuck with.

I hope you have this fixed ASAP as I had previously brought these issues up with you with zero result.

Hi,

We are still testing the compatibility for latest version of WPEC.

We have tested both of your sites with iPad and Galaxy s4 and everything is loading fine without problems. We were able to add products to the cart and go to Checkout page. There is no problem for iPad.

Visual Composer problem will be fixed with the long awaited Shoppica 2.0 update.

Please fix the iPhone issue.

Will you keep Shoppica 2.0 working with WPEC for me?

Hello,

1) We will try to find iPhone and check your website. We didnt fix anything for iPad, there was no problem.

2) Unfortunately, we wont support WPEC on Shoppica 2.0. We will think about adding it back with future updates.

3) Yes, it is safe to update to Shoppica 1.6, because patch is only for Woocommerce 2.3.* compatibility.
