After update not appear

Dear Support,

Every i changed the website, for example I added the new product, and after i saved, the product didnt appear in dispaly soon. After maybe 5 hours or 1 day , the product appear. How come?

Probably cache. Clear cache (Burn Engine settings) and try again.

Hi,

Have you enabled database cache? As ultimatia suggested, clearing the cache should fix the problem.

Unfortunately, there is no way to detect when a product is added and automatically clear the cache. Maybe we could find some workaround in the future.
