Best Checkout Integration

Hello, We are using a checkout extension called Best Checkout: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=20736 It is working now at this moment but we would like to integrate the framework into the pavilion theme control panel to customize checkout process. Please let us know how to integrate it with Pavillion theme. Regards, Boorsika	boorsika
