I’ve been using Shoppica for a few months now and like the way it looks in Safari on my mac. However, I recently noticed some major issues with the site in Firefox and Internet Explorer. In Firefox, the “add to cart” button is missing from all product pages and in Internet Explorer many pieces of the product page are missing including the “add to cart” button and the product options. Another issue in both browsers is that the tabs for “description”, “additional information”, and “reviews” all load at once instead of in their respective tabs.

Like I said, the site seems to work perfectly in Safari but has many issues in both Firefox and IE. I haven’t modified the theme at all so I’m not sure what exactly has caused these issues. I have customers emailing me and complaining about it almost daily now so I need this fixed ASAP.

We just tested your site with IE and Firefox and everything is working fine. Which version of the browsers are you using?
