Suggestion :
Allow the option to disable full screen background images on devices such as tablets and phones.

BTW: i have a background enabled on my homepage, its shows just fine on desktop. But when i view it on my samsung tab4, i get a white top border that covers approx 80% on the background area, from the top downwards.
I have attached 2 screenshots, one from each device.

Menu categories seem to be duplicated.

Standard install .
OC 1.5.6.4

I seem to have “extra” cats added to my menu. pls see attached image for those circled in red.
They have no link attached to them and are not clickable ??
They seems to be a duplication of the top level cat ?

Hi!

I have changed the viewport of the mightySlider imageviewer from fill to fit (dont like cropped parts in the image).

Is it possible to use the original image settings (with and height) for fitting the image instead of the in admin set popup with and height.

Example:

Old situation
Admin > picture settings > popup 1000 x 1000 px
Product page > fitted image is based on configurated popup settings
> lot emty space (white space)
Look also: http://prntscr.com/9m1ers

Better
Product page > fitted image is based on original image dimensions
> no emty space
Look also: http://prntscr.com/9m1gdj

I hope you understand what I mean, english is not good.

Thanks and best regards,

Some bugs in Gallery Pagination (builder block product images)

1: Style “numbers” is not woking
> dots are displaying on productpage
> style thumbnails is set in the builder block

After this
2: style thumbnails is not correct working anymore
> size from the thumbnail is 17×17 px instead of set value in picture settings (70 x 70)

3 Other bug I think
The first thumbnail is not set correct (the original image is loaded instead of the catched thumbtail)

Hi all,

@ultimatia

1) Fonts – custom rule locked settings bug is confirmed

2) Percentage bug – we were not able to confirm this and will have to look at your local installation (ftp and admin access needed)

3) Undefined index: original_language bug is confirmed

4) Styling bug for quantity field in product page is confirmed.

5) Unfortunately, you will have to remove the “Featured products” block and add it again.

6) Unfortunately, we cannot control the image cropping process for default functionality, without heavy modification.

7) Gallery block – pagination style “numbers” is not yet ready and we’ve removed this option for now.

8 ) Gallery block – if you have chosen the option to crop thumbnails, they scale to fit the selected number in row (column). Thumbnail size in this case is taken for aspect ratio.

@toni_sbd

1) Will have to look at the local installation (ftp and admin access needed)

2) It seems there are some content (images) from the dev server left in the database. We will have to re-export the sample data. Which theme are you using (default, stylish etc.)?

@GWP

1) The option to show/hide the website background for different devices is a nice idea. Thanks for the suggestion! Until it is ready, you can do this with some custom CSS:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
  body {
    background-image: none !important;
  }
}

2) Background image should not behave differently on different devices. Unfortunately, we don’t have the same hardware to test on.

3) The “duplicated” categories in your case are the categories missing images alt text. You can either add an image for each category, or disable category images from Menu Composer.

ThemeBurn team

1>> Doesnt show STOCK STATUS in product listing, category, featured, latest.
Only inside product info

2>> could be good to customize STICKY HEADER design

3>> could be good posibility to put 2 columns in Nav menu list dropdown

Not sure, if I should post the compatibility with some major extensions, which you already provided a fix for Pavilion.

But maybe it helps someone to assess, if Burnengine can be used with those mods:

iSearch – Works well with minor modifications on catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/template/common/search.tpl to change css id.

SEO Megapack – works well out of the box if Burnengine SEO package is not activated.

Advanced Shipping Pro – works well

Megafilter Pro – doesn’t seem to work correctly. No Ajax refresh of filter result in categories. Patch for Pavilion didn’t help.

Regarding to Megafilter Pro,

I have it almost working. Be sure that iscroll.js and mega_filter.js are loaded

      <file path="catalog/view/theme/*/template/common/" name="header.tpl">
    <operation>
      <search position="before">
</search>
      <add>

      </add>
    </operation>
  </file>

My problem is that displaying the filtered products not correct works (Responsive)
Good (default): http://prntscr.com/9plmj5
After filtering (wrong): http://prntscr.com/9plmuv

If you have time, can you check this Themeburn?

@ultimatia:

Good to see, that you are not the only one. The loading of the js works well, but the filtering is not applied via ajax, but only through a normal page reload. Do you get the filtered products without a page refresh on your category page?

I identified the problem to be the ajax request to the same (category) page but filtered (see mega-filter.js on line 2690). It basically extracts the data from a rendered page via ajax. The url goes like domain.com/category/?mfilterAjax=1&mfilterIdx=1&mfilterBTypes=price%2Cattribute&mfilterPath=1&_=1452683825303. It is blank without any products on it. With the default template you will find the filtered products at that URL.

This requests the same category page with filters applied but without any headers, footers or other features. This is controlled in catalog/controller/product/category.php (or any other product listing php) before the final $this->response->setOutput(.

Look out in the mega_filter.xml for if( isset( $this->request->get['mfilterAjax'] ) && class_exists( 'MegaFilterCore' ) ) {. If you remove the line $data['header'] = $data['column_left'] = $data['column_right'] = $data['content_top'] = $data['content_bottom'] = $data['footer'] = '';, then the page domain.com/category/?mfilterAjax=1&mfilterIdx=1&mfilterBTypes=price%2Cattribute&mfilterPath=1&_=1452683825303 is rendered correctly with products.

HOWEVER, via an ajax request I get only the content of header and footer, so everthing between and is blank in the ajax request, but not if you load it in the browser.

Do you see the same behavior on your page, ultimatia?

Hi Axanne,

Thanks for replying. I get the filtered products without a page refresh.
You can see it on this demopage: http://www.tuinhoutkeus.nl/palen

Like you can see the rendering of the page is not working correct (change price range).
I lost also the listing options:
http://prntscr.com/9q100g (correct)
http://prntscr.com/9q112p (wrong, after filtering)

Your fix in mega_filter.xml is unfortunately not working for me.

@ultimatia
Aha, interesting. It seems, we have different problems, but maybe it has the same root or is related.

May I ask, which version of Burnengine and Mfilter are you using? Looking at your source code, my implementations differs a bit from yours.
How did you add the mod to your categories and did you use any patches provided?

I took a quick look and noticed, that you are loosing the classes for the div elements with the filtered version, i.e. the main div element surrounding the each product (the first child starts with ). If not filtered, you will see a lot of css classes like clear2 clear3 clear4 clear5 clear6 clear7 clear8. After you used the filter, they are gone. Maybe that helps to identify the problem.

Did you use
?

Hi Axanne,

You are right, all my classes are gone. When I reload the page I get back the classes and correct layout. That`s maybe why you dont have that issue. Because of the default refresh you got.

My setup is the following:
#1 Add layout TB_Widgets (if not already exists)
#2 Mega Filter Pro > Layout > Settings > layout > select only TB_Widgets (not category)
#3 Mega Filter Pro > Layout > Settings > layout > Sort Order 1 (don`t think this step matters)
#4 Mega Filter Pro > Settings > Style > CSS from ThemeBurn (Pavilion)
#5 Burn Engine > Pagebuilder > all categories > Left column > add OC Mega_filter 1 on your row
#6 That`s all

I use the latest Burn Engine theme (version 4) and latest Mega Filter Pro (version 1.3.0.9).
The only patch I use is the one I have given you before:

       <file path="catalog/view/theme/*/template/common/" name="header.tpl">
    <operation>
      <search position="before">
</search>
      <add>

      </add>
    </operation>
  </file>

Keep me updated!

Update:
- What do you mean by: Did you use ?
- I have installed some option and attribute filters and have a lot more problems.

@ Themeburn,

Should I give you my ftp and admin information for the Percentage bug?
“Percentage bug – we were not able to confirm this and will have to look at your local installation”

January 15, 2016 at 12:31 pm #44398

@ Themeburn I got this message from Mega Filter Plus regarding the loading class issues:

“MFP does not remove anything, just all styles are created via JavaScript only one time (when page is first loaded) So you should ask author of your template which exactly functions should be executed when results are reloaded via AJAX otherwise every time we have to reload as now”

If you need details please ask.
