Hi,

Can you please check whether this is a www to non www redirection or the opposite? If your webstore doesn’t have a proper redirection (www -> non www, or non www -> www), once you switch between the two domains, your cart will be empty. This is because a cookie (when the product is added to cart) is set for the domain and www and non www are different domains.

Not only. For example on old versions of Pavilion it is happens also sometimes and with correct redirect also. I checked a few hundreds logs on my page. On BE we have same bug. That’s why now I start to find a new template.

Hi,

You say you have some logs. Do you mean you have error logs?

There are no errors in logs (main problem), I just discovered this with WebVisor, like:
https://yandex.ru/support/metrika/webvisor/about-webvisor.xml

and was very disappointed. This happened many times. I also recieved a lot of letters from my customers and they described this situation.

In most of cases it is happened on mobile devices and on Windows 10 also.

However, as i checked, there are no strong connection with operate system and problem. But it still exist and on BE also. Also there are no connections between this error and other extensions.

Hi,

In all cases this is a cookie problem, but we can’t think of any possible cause that could be theme specific. We just use OpenCart default functionality to add items to the cart and in no way modify the cart page logic. Do you happen to have similar statistics with a store that runs on the default OC theme?
