Checkout page localization

Hello there, I am using Shoppica 2 on opencart 1.5.6

I found there is something strange on some part of checkout, some can display in chinese after installing the language pack but some can’t. I don’t know what should I do.

I have checked that the catalog/language/chinese/checkout/checkout.php is ok, it’s same as catalog/language/english/checkout/ checkout.php

But as my attached screenshot, some of them cannot display in Chinese but some are ok, if anyone can advise me where should i go to take a look at?
