We realised that, lots of customers were leaving our store without purchasing the products in their shopping carts.
We started calling them to learn why and we found out that there were no continue buttons…
When we try the same thing with Internet Explorer compatibility modes, we saw the same thing.
Please advise…

Which version of IE are you talking about? Which step of the checkout is the problematic one? We’ve checked the website with IE8/9/10 mode and the continue button worked fine?
Can you also attach a screenshot? It can help us solve your problem easily.

Hi,
Generally, the default Shoppica installation works on IE7. You seem to have made any modification or installed any third party extension that brings a javascript error. This is the cause for the not working checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot find the exact problem source. You can roll back some of the changes, or uninstall some of the custom extensions so it could be identified.
