Creat new category in Collections Soon

Hi guys, I want to tell me how to create a tree of categories on the “Collections soon” . I want to create back-end in another way “Categories” to be similar to that existing, but with other features (create them myself, but I do not know how to make a copy, and what). On the front-end module to appear, created in page “Collections soon” . Can you help me with this? Thank you for understanding!	Daniel
