Disable Theme Block in Responsive Mode

Hi,

Is there any setting to disable certain “theme block” from displaying when pavilion theme is in Responsive Mode?

For example, a Fire Slider block is displayed in the homepage when viewed in Desktop. But when using a mobile phone to browse the homepage, the Fire Slider block will not be displayed.
