Hey there!
I am having issues with gift vouchers. They don’t seem to be functioning properly- any of them lol. When I try to use them, I am presented with the following:
“Warning: Gift Voucher is either invalid or the balance has been used up!”
I saw someone else might have had this problem, and I think I may have seen you say it was an OpenCart issue, but I am really hoping you could help me out here. Please, let me know.

Hi,
I am pasting you a reply from a discussion about the gift vouchers in the opencart forums:
f voucher is bought through the store front then the order that bought the voucher must be set as completed before the voucher will work.
Vouchers created in the admin should just work straight away.
If this is not your issue, try to activate the default theme to see if the gift vouchers work with it.
If you experience no issues with the default theme, report back here.

I have done all this and it still doesn’t seem to be working. Can you please look, and hopefully correct it, without changing anything on my site? I setup all the design again and am releasing it soon. Thank you…

We’ve created and tested a new gift voucher code and one from your database and both of them worked fine for us.
Are you sure the problem is still valid?
