How to duplicate a theme?

Required on one site duplicate template to do this?
When the template is copied to the directory with the new name the error is the following error: http://s52.radikal.ru/i137/1402/37/93b88d44fdad.png

All of these items are checked and corrected errors

Sadly, renaming the theme folder is not a simple and quick task. It involves changing directories, files and variable names in the code. Such a guide is outside the scope of the free support we provide.
