Hi, We haven’t ignored your support topic. Generally, third party extension compatibility is not officially part of the theme support, but we always try to provide a fix or a patch to make a module working. Have in mind however, that if there are other major bugs that we need to fix, these support topics have the lowest priority. We will take a look at your case until the end of the work day.
