Paypal Express Not Working

ThemeBurn SupportForumsOpenCart ThemesTechnopolis OpenCart ThemePaypal Express Not Working

This topic has been marked as resolved.

I’m getting this error and It’s driving me crazy.

Basically, the url for the “Continue” button says “extension/payment/pp_express/checkout”

it works if I add the “index.php?route=” in front of it manually.

Can someone please help? This happened after I enabled SEO urls.

I’ve lost 30 orders over this.

Can you please update to the latest theme version 1.1.5 ? It includes some fixes about the seo urls. If the update does not help and the error occurs again, can you describe more precisely when does the error appear (screenshot or step by step instructions) ? We tried to make a test order with paypal express and there were no issues.

I added a manual URL rewrite to htaccess to compensate for this. I am testing now.

Hopefully it works. This template has been a nightmare.

It works when I disable SEO urls.

Please please help. There is something seriously wrong with the SEO urls with BurnEngine installed.

You have supplied login and FTP information about pinkbros and your screenshot is from rocketprice. That’s why we weren’t able to detect the issue. Can you please provide the right credentials ?

Again, when I disabled seo urls, it works fine. But I need SEO urls.

Also, I cannot generate the seo urls with my products using Burn Engine. So I feel there is something wrong with that plugin.

Hi, I’m having the same issue – how do I update the SEO extension?

January 21, 2017 at 12:06 am #55662

Hi,

We’ve attached the fix. You only need to extract the archive to your store root folder.

P.S. You can clear theme cache just in case.
